UKDN Waterflow has chosen EVision7 as the finance software package to underpin and support its continued growth, satisfying customers’ planned and reactive service and maintenance needs, with functionality that provides greater visibility and control of our mobile personnel.

UKDN Waterflow selected enterprise software EVision 7 because of its strong functionality, underpinned by supplier Eque2’s professional approach to implementing and delivering within the company’s specified timescales.

Based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013, EVision 7 will integrate with the company’s Microsoft Office package and SharePoint; existing investments which can be utilised greatly to share, document and report across their business.

What it means for customers is that EVision 7 will help UKDN Waterflow to better schedule planned and reactive works, effectively track asset performance and drive continued achievement of service level agreements for individual customers

The new software will help UKDN Waterflow to be more efficient by ensuring the correct service staff and materials are assigned to service and maintenance jobs. It should also simplify and speed up the approval process through automated approval of purchase orders, invoices or any system generated document.

This is particularly important for engineers in the field when they need to purchase bespoke parts to resolve issues, thus providing a better first time fix experience for customers.

The new investment in the software forms part of a package of IT investment to drive business performance for UKDN Waterflow’s customers that includes moving it’s data centre offsite to a state of the art facility to improve business continuity, and the rolling out of windows based handheld devices with bespoke apps to support engineers.
