The Customer claim began with Directline Home Insurance. The customer reported their mains water pipes had a leak from the water meter to the stop tap.
Our Langley team attended and made every effort to resolve the leak. They carried out cuts and caps on the pipework, but due to the age and condition of the pipework the customer decided to have a new supply installed at their own cost.
The service from the team ensured the customer was confident and a verbal complement was received from Mr and Mrs Hunt they said:
