“I believe feedback is essential so i would like to provide some to the management team of UKDN.

After reporting me leak to Lloyds Insurance on Monday 23rd they said UKDN would call me within the hour… 30 mins later i received a call from a nice chap called Marc and he asked when it would be convenient for an engineer to attend, we agreed a date and was assured someone would be with me Tuesday morning.

Tuesday morning as promised your enqineers Dwayne Mills and Matthew Hall arrived promptly, after the inspection and a quick discussion with me they explained what they were going to do and started work. They worked quickly and kept the area tidy and after some investigation soon located the leak at a T-piece that fed the garage. They informed me of the findings and said they would have it fixed and back to normal as soon as possible… within a couple of hours the leak was fixed the brick paving was replaced and the area was left tidy.

After some personal concern regarding the leak it was comforting dealing with the team from the initial call with Marc and with Dwayne and Matthewdoing the work i felt they all acted very professional and communicated any updates as required, the work i witnessed was of a high standard too.
