“Rahima Begum, who works on the customer services team at UKDN Waterflow Birmingham, was very pleased to receive some excellent feedback about Paul Ravenhill one of the team that works from the Derby depot.

Mrs x wanted to praise Pauls efforts, she was acting on behalf of her parents who are elderly and have dementia. She personally had limited knowledge of her parents property. Paul went out of his way to show her the issue and explain what needed to be done to resolve the problem. She said he could have walked away advising her that he couldn’t help but instead went out of his way to ensure that she fully understood the problem. She was so confident in his explanation that she rang to book the work in to get the issue resolved.”
